To explore the rest of Peru we participated in the “Inca Explorer” excursion with G Adventures.  This 15-day trip is marketed together with the National Geographic as a “Journey”.  Journey’s offer upgraded accommodations and more inclusions than other G Adventures tours.  Yet, they are much less expensive than National Geographic expeditions.  This trip started and ended in Lima, the capital of Peru.
