One day we drove to the east end of St. Martin to explore Dawn Beach.  Apparently Dawn Beach has limited public access and eventually we got to it by talking our way through the Westin Resort.  Just across from the entrance to the Westin was a small pond that was teaming with wildlife.

The swimming was fine but there were few fish and coral.

In the distance we could see St. Barts
